Back in my wild days (in the 70's), I owned a 4 bedroom house in the LA area, put it up for rent and couldn't believe all the people that wanted 2 rent it. It was in a nice area and I was renting pretty cheap, it crossed my mind 2 do what the guy in Norway did, but my buddy wouldn't go for it.
Can't blame my buddy as he would have been the one showing the house, I couldn't very well show up when people started moving in and ask'm what are you doing if I had rented the house to them.
