this is not what i was told by my attorney. I asked the other day about foreign id's and from what i was told it isnt a problem.

I could be wrong, I could have asked him wrong and he misunderstood me.. But, one thing for sure is too many people without attorneys are commenting on this crap who dont know much at all about this and it's stirring up alot of stuff. Get an attorney and dont ask anything this important on gfy. How could gfy, even on its best day, subsitiute for the advice of an attorney. So much of the new 2257 regs have been interpreted by sig whores. Lets step back a second and breathe. Next step is get an attorney. It's that simple.
