Worst case scenario, users cannot have hardcore profiles unless verified. They would be able to send hardcode photos directly to other members, therefore making the user the publisher/producer and not the dating site.

For our sites, conversion would not be affected without hardcore photos on profiles and I don't see it as much of a problem.

Thats just my opinion. We pay our lawyers for the *best* answer.
