The old cliche: It isn't what you have, but what you do with it.
Duke Skywalker is a perfect example. He even proclaimed in one of Juicy's videos that his dick looks like an egg roll, "it's as long as it is wide." He doesn't let it get to him, he knows it's small and that it's what he's been dealt. There's nothing he can do about it. So he goes on with life, having fun, fucking on film, and being his own pornstar. On top of everything, his little dick is making him money. He's an inspiration to all "small" guys out there.
Hardest thing is probably getting over the psychological aspects of it all.
