do you have a picture of her with her arms down? those incisions are way too high, i don't get what her plastic surgeon was thinking, but i'm wondering if her arms were down if you wouldn't see the scars, if they'd just be in the creases like most inframammary incisions. just curious, otherwise i think the shape and her nipples are nice!
