Nobody could ask you to guarentee to accept their offer. What I wanted to make sure of is that if you get an offer of 60k or higher that you will indeed sell to the highest bidder under your terms of no payment plans, profit sharing, and so on.

You have my word. The only thing I cannot promise, if if the industry comes up with an injunction and I have no signed contract, I might not be in a hurry. But considering this deal could eaily close in a few days or a week at most, anybody wanting the site can get in well ahead of that. I expect an injunction before June 23, but like I said, this is not the only reason I am selling, its just a push for it.
