Hi am sorry I do not recall what its was I found lacking in your offer, honestly. I can say I have 3 other businesses to run and have no desire to waste any time negotiating deals that fall through.
To be honest, I feel that 60K is indeed a fire sale price, given what the site pulls in and what it could do with a helmsman more experienced than me. I certainly hope that offers come up higher than that.
I can't pre-promise to accept your offer, but I can tell everyone for sure that if I get the right offer now, the site is yours. If you make a decent enough offer you can have the site tomorrow.
