it's not hard to have a surplus when you don't tend to any of the problems america is having. is that all it takes to keep you morons happy, a spending surplus, regardless of what a president does (or more importantly doesnt do)... clinton stabbed america in the back soo many times there is not enough cyberspace to mention them all... bush walks into office and all of the sudden he is responsible for the 8 years of shit clinton left him, and like it or not, the last 1.5 years of the clinton administration were not all roses... if it wasnt for the huge tech boom, clinton would have been exposed for the fraud he really is... at least more people would have seen it clearly...
