You can get a decent kit at either Costco or Home Depot, or you can just rig your own using products from the sprinkler department of any home depot style store.
Installing them is very simple and takes very little time. No need for a professional unless you really hate being out in the yard for an hour or two.
They work very well and will lower the air temp by about 15-20 degrees. Just do not install them near anything you do not want misted. Also a small warning, avoid placing them near a bug zapper
