Again it will come down to how large of a percentage of the market is going to insist on compliance and how far primary producers are willing to go in order to be able to sell to that market.
We are also going to be looking into indemnity for content producers that are not able or are unwilling to comply with the regulations as long as they actually have the correct documentation
themselves.
