If so, I know somebody will of course post that the license was never issued in the first place...And they would be right in saying that. In most cases, content providers to not go around issuing licenses for content packages that have not been fully paid for. That does not mean that the purchaser has the rights to violate that license simply because it has yet to be issued. You violate, you lose your rights. PERIOD.

Yes I'm speaking of the licence agreement.... without that you can't use the content anyway
