If sonofsam broke the tos of the contract with Aaron .... sonofsam doesn't have a leg to stand on. It it the onus of the person that agrees to the contract to understand said contract. It is not the fault of the person who issued the contract for the person signing to understand what he is signing.
From what I have read Sonofsam has broken the tos and has no reason to bitch. Aaron has protected himself with the tos and sonofsam is pissed cause he is out money for breaking the contract with Aaron.... nobodys fault but sonofsam..... take it to court.... Aaron would win hands down
