I've been reading this forum for years and I'm sick of seeing people post things like this.
The fact is that if Steve did not want the model and he still paid SoS then the only person that ended well for was SoS himself.
Steve paid SoS for content that he is not interested in using. SoS paid AaronM for content that he is not interested in using.
Do you see Steve posting threads crying about it? I don't. He took it as a loss to get SoS off his back and in doing so he showed that he will let people publicly push him around to a certain extent.
Looks to me as if Steve paid SoS off to get him to shut up. Maybe SoS would have learned a lesson after that mistake if Steve had taken the hard line with him as AaronM has done instead of allowing him to get away with what he did.
Yes I read that tread too. SoS tried to damage Steve's reputation as well.
SoS has heart but he has made a number of mistakes in his short tenure around here. Live and learn.
