every time we get a wild cancel request (have to admit, nothing as inventive as that one) it makes me think that the surfer has been screwed by somebody else's billing before and is just trying to make sure they get cancelled for real.
the cancels that miff me are the one's where they apologize and tout the members area but cancel anyway.
