Do you have any info about renting an apartment in BKK? I need something close to Silom Road or something around Siam Square. 2-3 rooms, at least 80 squaremeters in size. Best would be if its new and fresh.

Its for a longterm rental, at least 1 year.

Whats the prices in Baht/month for something like this? And how does it work with payments? Advance? Monthly? Yearly?! I would be glad for any advice about this.
