Just an FYI heart attacks were never known in the uS until
refined foods were eaten. Before that bacon and eggs and meat
was the diet and not too many got heart attacks or cancer !
Except for Dr. Atkins himself!

Dead at 72 from massive heart attack...6 feet tall 260 lbs...sign ME up!
