Most of you who haven't been privy to this issue from the onset, as in from the very first post about it, are all talking out of your collective asses here. Your opinions simply can not count whatsoever because of that. Sorry.
I would not be here saying Sam holds a good measure of responsibility for this mess himself if it were not so. Fact is he does, and anyone saying all that matters is that he is out some money is just plain wrong. I feel bad for the guy too, but there was a way out of this for him a month ago when this all blew up and he refused it outright.
Trust me, I would love to now negotiate a new resolution to this, but barring Aaron somehow changing his mind I don't see it happening. The only thing adding any value at all to this argument now is the sig view and drama value. Period.
