yeah but that not really a good customer service,
showing your best pics is normal, its called marketing
client not happy, want a refund
why not cut the apple in two and offer to exchange some of the content or offer a partial refund (so the client could keep the sets he likes)
trickering him and threating him with lawsuit isnt the kind of business i wanna deal with.
So now you have 1 upset customers who just told what kind of bad business sense you had on this case beside having a happy customer who will tell his friends how a sweet deal he made with you
nothing for or against both of you
but this situation should easily have been avoided
