At the end of the day, nothing changes the fact that Aaron has 3600 bucks and Sam has nothing for his money.
I, as a businessman, just can't fathom letting a customer walk away after taking their money....no matter how much of a newbie deuchebag they were.
I'd do something to make it right.....not try to catch a kid on a technicality and take his money.
