asking you for a refund makes a difference why? i asked it as a favor and offered to let you keep 500 of it for your troubles... its not like a DEMANDED a refund... i told you many times i didn't DEMAND one..

6: Tell them that you had no right to publish the images without a license and were specifically told not to but did it anyway.
i had a right to use the content to make a paysite and make sales off it, as agreed upon with our arangement... but the moment i am not happy with the content and post samples on the forum it becomes "copywrite infringement" ? interesting... looks like someone can't handle someone not liking their content and being a baby about it.

1: Possibly.
2: Another lie.
3: It was sent properly and the second time you did get a tracking number...Although the tracking number was late because of the fuck up at the mailing center...The package was still tracked and received on time.
4: It makes a difference because you are trying to pass off that you requested a refund because you did not like the content. Then truth is you are broke and used the ugly sets in the content as another excuse to try to strong arm a refund out of me.
5: Yes, you have. Multiple times in this thread even.
6: Me allowing you to use the content for site design before being paid in full and issuing you a license does not give you the right to publish those images in an attempt to damage my credibility.
7: Thank you for publicly admitting that you came here to damage my rep. I'll bookmark this thread as yet another exhibit should this end up in court.
As for what you have to gain by lying and so forth...Fuck if I know.
You have nothing to gain from this thread either but you still decided to start it and bring this issue back to GFY. How in the hell am I supposed to know what makes your brain tick?
