You're an idiot... Letting AaronM just walk away with your money proves nothing except you'll let people rip you off... AaronM owes you the money back since he says he wouldn't even give you the license if you paid him the remaining funds. He can't say he's "revoking" the license since it was never in effect in the first place... He has money for lawyers (YOUR money by the way.... and you don't it sounds like) and so he can bully you into walking away... You were warned this sort of thing would happen..
