1: How I cut you a deal
i'm pretty sure many content producers would have gladly given me 750 sets for 4500

2: Showed you EXACTLY what you were getting
You did NOT show me what you were giving me, if that was true... why did you offer to refund the bald sets? i thought u said you told me exactly what you were giving me?

3:Sent you the content twice before receiving final payment so that you could get started on site design
you make it sound like it was a favor that you sent it 2 times? not my fault u didn't send it properly, and then lied about sending it through UPS and then changed your story to the mail office fucked it up and didn't give you a tracking number yadda yadda yadda

4: Tell them how you requested a refund BEFORE you got the content because you were broke and needed the money back
asking you for a refund makes a difference why? i asked it as a favor and offered to let you keep 500 of it for your troubles... its not like a DEMANDED a refund... i told you many times i didn't DEMAND one..

5: Tell them how you have continued to lie on GFY, ICQ, and the phone to various people about this.
I havn't lied about SHIT

6: Tell them that you had no right to publish the images without a license and were specifically told not to but did it anyway.
i had a right to use the content to make a paysite and make sales off it, as agreed upon with our arangement... but the moment i am not happy with the content and post samples on the forum it becomes "copywrite infringement" ? interesting... looks like someone can't handle someone not liking their content and being a baby about it.

7: Tell them how you came to GFY to damage my rep.

hell yes, i believe i was scammed and i'm pissed off...

now tell me what i have to gain by lying, since i already said i don't even want the money back?
