actually i tried to leave him alone, and then a couple weeks later he kept attacking me, so i icq'ed him "listen.. fighting isn't going to solve anything, i'll just pay you the remainder, and then we dont need to talk anymore"
and he responded with fuck you, and that hes not giving me shit, even if i pay the remainder.... (even though the agreement was to get the site up and getting sales before paying the remainder) and that if i asked about it again he would sue me for Libel and copywrite infringement.
