http://www.caseycute.com/ - but it does NOT go through refer.ccbill.com or preserve the refid in any way. So, I'm not being credited for any sales after that redirection.
www.dubcash.com has a message about katiecute.com closing a few days ago, but I sure didn't see any email letting me know about this...
