Very. Ate dinner one evening at the Red8. Chicken chow mein tasted like it had been cooked in burned oil. Overall the food was very bland there.

Room service.. the only thing we found that they didn't screw up was chicken strips. They were obviously pre-breaded and frozen. Can't screw that up too bad. Pancakes were either undercooked or overcooked. I could go on and on. Many of the restaurants there are only open from 5:30 until 11pm and their menus are on the eclectic side. I had .pdf files of the menus emailed to me prior to my trip.

My last few visits have been at the MGM. I enjoy their food both restaurants and roomservice. It's also right across the street from my favorite steakhouse, Gallaghers.
