ok, make an A (address) record to the ip address of your machine at home, now point the MX record to that record. Hope that your mailserver does not require reverse dns, but probably your machine will have it just not one you can change like 30.66.56.98-ADSL.pacbell yadda yadda yadda. dns is not required at home. if you are behind a firewall open the ports, 25 and 110 if the reverse ip is not happening you will have to open the port for dns also. hope that helps.
