Chameleon Submitter doesn't work too well with MGP galleries. Go with Advanced Submitter or Dream Submitter (if you are familiar with building a DB).
I have a filtered Advanced Submitter DB with 156 non-PA sites and 48 PA-only sites (99% of the sites are active and high-traffic only). I can sell it to you cheap.
