One is correct, one isn't.
#1= correct
#2= incorrect, should be 'You're in great shape'
Ok kids, in order to know when to use 'your' & when to use 'you're' - test like this:
What's 'you are' diet bro? <---you can't say that so then it's 'YOUR' as in 'belonging to'
'You are' in great shape! <--- Yes, you can say that - Good job!
