ASCAP told me once when I submitted a site that had close up pics of genitals of LITTLE (and I mean little) girls, that they could not determine if the girl was underage or not and could not do anything more. Fucking pathetic. I guess they have to be getting raped in the ass by a mule and have statements on the site that the girls are underage before they will act. Last I read the law if the focus is on the genitals, it is CP if the girl is clearly under age... go figure.

yeah I actually just talked to somebody on another board that used to work for the DOD and even he said that the process is a joke if you can even get thru it... but oh yes the new regs if they go thru as written before will fix everything
