I will post the beta link soon; within a week max, maybe sooner. By then it will be pretty complete and just need some testing/feedback. Note that some more sophisticated features won't be in the first release. It's designed for a single paysite. (It will support multiple domains that resolve to the same address) You can install multiple versions for different paysites by using a separate database for each (mysql create database DATABASE2). And you can't allocate restricted rights to view just a subset of the data (a dubvious feature anyway, since the regs don't allow you to have someone else (like your content provider) keep the records - you have to do it yourself.
All in all, I think it will be a good solution for anyone (like me) that has paysites and the docs and doesn't mind sitting down and typing the in the urls. There are some pretty sophisticated features you could add, for example scanning a site and producing a list of all hyperlinked images and movies - but I doubt I will get around to that anytime soon. If you have thousands of pages that might be a major shortcoming.
