Mate, quite simply you have accused a person on public board, which if you had any real sense, you would have emailed Jay himself if you needed any clarification on this point!
But now you have decided to bring this into the public domain, and guess what your reputation will be destroyed and now your maybe looking at legal action for slander!
From what I know of Jay, even though I don't know him personally I would say he's a webmaster who tries his hardest to protect pple and would report anything remotly linked to cp, the same as all of us!
