While you may hate Republicans and Bush, there is a bright spot. Republicans appoint Supreme Court judges, and they appoint conservative judges. I love conservative judges, and believe me, I have more time in front of judges than 98% of the people here (at least), and I know to appreciate a conservative judge.
Conservative judges go by the letter of the law. Liberal judges try to make a name for themself by saying gay marriages are okay, when the law plainly says it isn't (just an example).
The point is, it is the Courts that are going to decide it, and just be glad that we have a conservative Supreme Court that rules in our favor all the time.

why don't you define "obscene" for me then? by gov't standards please... they won't tell you what is obscene but they will punish you for being obscene... i'm not trying to argue with you but you seem to refuse to belive that the current administration is on the war path to get rid of porn... i heard it straight from the horses mouth this morning... i believe what i heard and if the 2257 stuff isn't shot down then it is gonna get worse and worse... and the last time any of this was fought out in court the dems were in power and it was all different judges
