that is a great question... the government won't define what they consider obscene... i sure as hell don't know... those are the terms that gonzalez himself used... the radio industry has been trying to get them to define "obscene" for over a decade and they won't do it.... and as far as I know they won't completely define sexually explicit but i could be wrong on that
