I actually agree with you on the porn spam and the redirection...something should be done about that, however, I don't think "its the majority of American's values" that are being represented here. This is W catering to a select few that would like to see censorship on the internet.
I actually think there could be a big backlash to this...it seems people don't care so much when our military is misused or if airport security is not quite what it could be, but the do get angry as hell when you fuck with their entertainment...and that's what porn is, after all, it's entertainment.
