uh... most likely more trouble than the people joining the site. also don't be surprised at a lawsuit from your content provider and host.

how many people exactly are you trying to 'catch' here? a single internet bust seems to happen every few months, where 10 to 15 people are hauled in, the kind of people that are involved in major child porn trafficking and production. and 10 to 15 people is MAJOR. why?

most people are reluctant to hand their details over to a legal porn site, let alone an illegal pornsite. these people may be sick but they're not stupid. at least, not that stupid. they know what they're doing isn't legal.

they hide behind firewalls, proxies, use fake email addresses and all kinds of other tricks, which is the reason they haven't been caught so far. its also the reason why the fbi has to scope them out for weeks on end, before making a break of dawn raid on their home.

also you seem to be forgetting that the content of the site is 100% legal. domain doesn't matter a bit. fbi is bigger on site operators than it is on surfers. when was the last time you saw a child porn surfer on the fbi fugitive list? never happened. if there was trouble, it'd be on your doorstep before anyone elses, which is just about the opposite of what you want.

if you wanted the fbi/interpol to investigate the members, then the fact of the matter is, they'd take the site operator and host and content producer before they'd ever take the members. in fact, you'd probably get your content provider and host in more trouble than the site members. when the fbi call, they go through everything... every little thing. and they want to see paper work for everything.

investigations can and do last for months on end, not forgetting that they cease business whilst this is happening, so its likely to put a host and content provider or few out of business.

anyway, if it is SO bad... what are these content providers doing selling sets of girls that look 14 or 15 years old? maybe you were planning on using girls that looked like 17 years old. well, i never knew of anyone that could draw a clear line between 17 and 18 years old.

the fact of the matter still remains that the site would be completely legal, and you'd have nothing on the members of the site.
