Understood and no arguement.. however... all of the new twist yells that the law is for the protection of minors and to insure that minors aren't being used in sexually explicit content...
Under the law.. the courts must rely on the 'original intent' of a law.. and as such.. the law could only apply if an individual included in sexually explicit content was, in the eyes of the court, questionable insofar as age.
If there was any question whatsoever in the age of P. Hilton, then ol' what's his face, that released the video would be in the courts as we speak instead of livin' life in luxury.. ..
But then I guess there are many laws where the courts forget to consider the original intent... Can you say IRS? ..
