I think they should set up xxxsadam.com with a camera mounted over his bed. Kinda like a gay dorm cam or something. Except it would be a gay prison cam. It would sell, and get excellent publicity. Probably even generate enough revenue to offset the expense he's costing us to hold him in prison.
