Do you know about punctal plugs? They're supposed to help dry eyes (didn't help me, but still). Read about it here:

Are you currently using artifical/lubricant tears? How many times a day?
I used to take Refresh Liquigel (over the counter) - 4! drops in each eye every 3 hours. It shouldn't cause any problems (although they usually say to take 1-2 drops each time), but still ask your doctor if 4 drops in each eye is good. It helped me for quite some time.
