It makse sense to me. Because ultimately, it's Lens's board. He makes the rules.
Lensman may be ok with SE's because the SE's give him enough
back in order to justify allowing them to spider him. I would think this would work for anyone wanting to spider GFY... if it somehow made sense to Lens and was good for the board overall, why wouldn't he allow it?
So, if he says you can't spider his board, you can't. But he should be able to back that up with some tech skills as well.... because as Ray said, people overseas just assume wipe their ass with any legal documents you send them.
