Hey stupiddog - have you read the original draft of 2257? They know that it is damn near impossible to keep those records and they don't give a fuck...this isn't about record keeping, this isn't about CP, this is about shoving the current administrations moral imparitives down the world's throat and getting all of this evil porn off the internet.
The record keeping that the new 2257 suggests would be difficult for even a large / well organized company to comply with...either you are 100% compliant or you are not.
