I dont think this offer will appeal to the casual webmaster. This offer is aimed to someone who knows a good opportunity (or not) when he sees one.
No disrespect intended but this type of person would know that there is no such thing as "guaranteed money" in a business venture. And ofcourse adult communities already exist.
Basically it comes down to dollars and cents. IF done RIGHT this could be worth much more than a 20k investement. IF executed right.
