Once again, you are correct. Its a certain flaw and only furthers the doubt surrounding Xpays actual ability to hold legal 2257 info on Paris and her tape.
What is really interesting is that Xpays went way out of their way to cast doubt on another programs celeb site. Nearly, if not crossing the libel, yet there seems to be real concerns and doubt about Xpays legal standing on this 2257 issue on this Hilton mess.
Maybe they (Xpays) will clear it up for us in this thread?
