wegcash must not believe they do ,because they threatned to can anyone promoting the paris hilton tape.. and if xpays has full 2257 then why should she be any different than any other porn actress..
I don't doubt xpays has legal rights to the video, nor do i doubt they haven't ran this through a lawyer first , but it is a curious quandry.
I mentioned before that the 2257 law would be flawed if they allowed consent/i.d. to be given AFTER a film was produced and since we know the video wasn't planned , i dont know how they could have it "before" it was produced
