Dealing with a crazy neighbour now myself. Sad part is my house is on 8 acres, and she owns like 50 adjoining acres, and we still can't get along.
She called me up today to tell me she is going to separate our property line with some old tires and some boards painted flourescent orange. Should be a nice view out my porch.
