Select the option not to delete and move to a folder of your choice, you lose no mails and it's just like you have a rule set to divert into differant folders.
Personally I prefer to be able to filter into a spam folder like this so I can answer those mails that I need to see faster and become more efficent and then check the spam folder after for any mails that should not have filtered into that folder, but it's normally very few.
