Before this thead gets out of hand... Our policy on celeb content should not be misconstrued as commentary on any other company?s business practices. As for the other companies mentioned in this thread I am not familiar with their internal business operations, but I am sure they have covered their legal bases as fully as possible. We choose to not allow the promotion of our sites on sites that also directly advertise celeb content. It is simply a business decision on our part. We have no interest in committing additional legal resources towards ensuring that celeb content falls within acceptable (read as defensible practices). It is not part of our business model therefore it would be unprofitable to commit resources towards it. We just would rather not be inadvertently dragged into someone else?s legal issues whether their position is legally defensible or not. Hope this clears our stance on this subject up. All that being said if you had pop ups to it that would be fine with us, it's just being advertised on the same page as us that we have issues with.
