The Free Speech Coalition will launch a injunction and get a temporary restraining order that will be around 3 to 6 months until it gets in front of a judge. At that time the judge will have to hear their side and a legal battle will start - causing the long term restraining order until its resolved. This may take years (probably up to 5) and by then proper changes will be made and those that are unconstutional will be taken out.

The idea that content providers and listing the original source for your content is not good enough on your website clearly shows its not intended to be a law to help stop CP but rather harassment of the industry as a whole.

We (and many of our competitors) have all the records in order in worse case scenerio you can still rely on the trusted sources that have been supplying content for years to you - this is not the time to cry the 'sky in falling' and 'get out of porn'
