oh yeah i forgot, don't try to go for a run to make yourself tired. it stimulates your body and makes it harder to sleep. alcohol may help knock you out but it interfers with your 3rd sleep cycle in your REM. both are not helpfull.. if you exercise at least 5 hours before it will really really help...
same with eating a lot to get tired, you will wake up soon after feeling fucked up.
