I just do a meditation if I can't sleep - erase your mind of all thoughts and just concentrate on your breathing, slow, deep breaths in and out through your nose.

Concentrate only on your breathing and start counting each breath and try to get to 100, if you find yourself thinking about something else then start over again at 1. I usually get to about 15 before I'm asleep.
