There is no such thing as a pro-porn politician, and "the license" given to Ashcroft to draft these changes was indeed handed out by Democrats and you can not say, with certainty, that things would be different under Kerry.

It's usless. People don't understand that these laws are inevitable. There is no political favoritism nor political friend of porn. This isn't the republicans fault or the democrats fault. The fault lays within a industry that doesn't regulate it's self a industry filled with people that continue to push the envelope to far and ruin it for everybody else.
